Choose examples by the problem the role owns
Data architecture applications should show governance, trust and executive decision-making. Digital health applications should connect workflow decisions to safe and practical care. Network and security applications need evidence of availability, risk control and incident judgement. The shortlist includes brief CV-and-cover-letter applications, two-page letters and targeted responses with 300- or 500-word limits. A brief letter needs a small number of sharply selected outcomes.
