1300 Resume is the wider business behind Government Résumés. Its own website advertises private-sector and industry services alongside government work, which matters if a government-facing website has given you the impression that the whole operation is government-exclusive. The reviews also need to be read at the level of the service purchased.
Commercial disclosure: Team 3Thirty sells competing government application services. This article draws on public sources checked on 4 October 2026. We have not bought a 1300 Resume service or independently verified the transactions described in its reviews.
In this guide
The company and its government brand
1300 Resume explicitly includes “private, and government industries” in its footer’s service description. Government Résumés identifies 1300 Resume Pty Ltd in its legal footer and advertises government application support. The Australian Business Register entry confirms the recorded company identity.
A wider service scope can be useful to someone exploring government and private-sector work together. For a NSW Government vacancy, ask how the writer will handle that role’s required evidence and documents. The business name alone cannot answer that question.
What the accessible listings showed
The 1300 Resume Trustpilot listing contained ten reviews at the research date: eight five-star, one four-star and one two-star. Most of that feedback was positive. The sample is too small, and too dependent on who chose to post, to establish the experience of the company’s whole customer base.
The ProductReview listing showed twelve largely positive reviews. The research also found a Word of Mouth listing with seven reviews and a five-star overall rating. Keep those platform samples separate; pooling them would imply a customer dataset that this research does not establish.
Counts and ratings can change. We did not retrieve a complete Google Maps review history, and this article supplies neither an overall score nor an estimate of application success.
A later update changes a critical review
The two-star Trustpilot account raised concerns about delays and communication. The reviewer later acknowledged that a good product had arrived after posting the review. The business disputed the communication account and said it had apologised for a delay.
That is an account with a later development and a provider response. Presenting it as continuing non-delivery would leave out material information. We have not independently established the underlying events, so the exchange is useful as context for asking about delivery arrangements rather than as a finding against the business.
Two older critical accounts also appeared on ProductReview. Parts of the associated responses were collapsed in the retrieved view. We have excluded the allegations from this article because we could not review those exchanges in full.
Use feedback to clarify the quotation
When timing matters, ask for a draft date that leaves you time to check the work before the vacancy closes. Get the revision process in writing, including how you raise missing information and how the writer handles changes within the agreed scope. A provider can answer these practical questions for the purchase you are considering.
Read positive reviews with the same care. A customer who valued helpful communication may have bought a service with a longer lead time than yours. Their feedback remains useful, although you still need confirmation that the provider can work within your deadline.
Compare government application support at role level
Give the provider the full job advertisement and role description. Ask which documents are covered by the quoted price and whether online targeted responses are included. Establish how the writer will gather examples from you, especially where the role expects experience that your current résumé describes only briefly.
For a hypothetical application requiring a CV, a letter and two written responses, a résumé-only purchase leaves other work to be done. The quote should tell you who prepares each component and who checks the combined application. Our guide to choosing NSW Government application help includes a worksheet you can use to record those details.
When you already paid for a service
Start with the scope you agreed to buy. If it includes revisions, identify the specific changes you need and ask the original provider about them. Keep accurate material that you can reuse, even if your next application needs more role-specific work.
Team 3Thirty’s government application process starts with the vacancy and the evidence its written requirements need. If your earlier purchase was a general résumé, we can use the accurate career material and ask focused questions to develop examples for the government role. Our Complete Government Application is $497 including GST for the role-targeted CV and every written document required by one job ad.
You receive editable Word documents, with unlimited revisions within the agreed scope while the role remains open. You review the facts and submit the application. This is a concrete scope to compare with your existing quotation; it does not depend on attributing an unsuccessful application to the first writer.
