Graduate applications 2027
2027 Graduate Support Plan
Practical application support for graduates who want to apply properly across NSW Government, APS and related graduate program pathways over the next 3 months.
Do not make one graduate program your whole plan.
The NSW Government Graduate Program can be a strong opportunity. So can APS graduate programs, Transport, Health, cadetships and normal entry-level government roles. The risk is waiting on one competitive process while other suitable doors are open.
The 2027 Graduate Support Plan is made for graduate applicants. The focus is simple: turn your study, casual work, placements, volunteering and early work history into clear application evidence, and maximise every opportunity that you apply for.
This is application support. It does not guarantee interviews, pool placement, job offers, hiring manager approval or graduate-program entry.
Who this is for
Best fit: graduates and final-year students who are ready to apply over the next 90 days and want a structured, government-specific application push.
Current university students
You want to pursue cadet placements or start building relevant experience now through entry-level, part-time or casual government roles, so you are a stronger candidate when you apply for graduate programs in later years.
Recent or soon-to-graduate students
You are trying to start your full-time working career and want to apply for 2027 graduate roles, current graduate programs, and other full-time government opportunities that may arrive sooner.
Government-focused applicants
You have a serious desire to work in government and want your applications focused there. This plan is for government roles only and does not include non-government applications.
What is included
This plan provides effective support over a three-month period to allow you to apply for multiple roles with a team of government experts behind you.
9 application credits
We write your applications for you, so you can apply for every opportunity with the strongest possible application.
Tailored government applications
Support can cover resumes, cover letters, applicant pitches, targeted questions, statements of claims and selection criteria where the role requires them.
CV included
Your CV is included at no extra charge, so your core document can support graduate programs, entry-level applications and public-sector screening.
Role and requirement review
We review the job ad, role description and visible application requirements before writing, so the application is built around the actual process.
Evidence translation
We help turn student, casual, placement and early-career examples into practical evidence that a government panel can understand.
Email support
You can ask practical application questions as you move through the plan, including which documents or examples are needed for a role.
Don't risk your future on one application.
One graduate program application can matter. It should not carry your whole strategy.
Graduate programs are competitive, staged and uncertain. You can prepare a strong application and still wait months for the next step, land in a pool without an immediate role, or miss out because there are more suitable candidates than available places.
The safer plan is to apply properly for the major graduate programs while also moving on suitable entry-level government roles, cadetships, agency-specific graduate pathways and APS opportunities where your evidence fits.
Nine applications gives you enough room to build momentum. The point is not to apply everywhere. It is to choose the right opportunities, prepare stronger evidence, and avoid losing three months to waiting.

How it works
A practical workflow for graduates who need structure, not hype.
Set up your personalised dashboard
We set you up with a personalised dashboard to track every graduate program and entry-level government role you can apply for.
Build your evidence base
You send notes, examples, old documents and role links. Dot points are fine. We help shape the useful detail into application evidence.
Prepare each application
Team 3Thirty prepares the required documents for each role, with the wording tailored to the pathway, agency and application format.
Review and submit
You review the pack, ask questions if needed, then submit through the official portal. Revisions are included so the application is clear before the deadline.
Supported pathways
The plan is built for government-facing graduate and early-career applications, especially where written evidence matters.
Dates, eligibility rules, streams, documents and form questions can change. Always check the live official page before submitting any application.
Government applications are their own format.
Team 3Thirty works exclusively on government job applications. We only do government applications, so we understand how the process works. Team 3Thirty was founded by a former NSW Government hiring manager with more than 18 years of experience on both sides of the recruitment table.

Credible, specific, careful
For graduate applicants, that often means showing the value in experience that looks ordinary at first: a group assignment, a casual job, a placement, a volunteer role, a technical project, or a customer problem you handled well.
We do not promise a result. We help you prepare applications that are clearer, more tailored and more aligned to the government process than a rushed generic submission.
Start your government career sooner.
The 2027 Graduate Support Plan gives graduate applicants three months of focused government application support.
This is not a service to write one application for you. It is full ongoing support to help you reach your goal of starting your government career.
FAQ
Is this only for the NSW Government Graduate Program?
No. It is designed for graduates applying across NSW Government, APS and related graduate or entry-level public-sector pathways. The NSW Government Graduate Program may be one important application, but it should not be the whole plan.
Can I use credits for entry-level roles as well?
Yes. That is the point of the plan. Credits can support suitable graduate program applications and entry-level government roles where your evidence fits.
What if I do not have government experience?
Many graduate applicants do not. We look for transferable evidence from study, casual work, volunteering, placements, customer service, projects and early-career experience, then shape it for the application requirements.
Does this include interview coaching?
No. This page is for application support. Interview support may be discussed separately when you reach that stage, but it is not included in the 2027 Graduate Support Plan.
Do you guarantee an interview or job?
No. Team 3Thirty does not guarantee interviews, graduate-program entry, pool placement, hiring manager approval or job offers. Government recruitment programs are highly competitive, and final decisions sit with the agency or panel. What we can do is make sure your application is as strong, clear and tailored as possible.
Should I wait until I know my graduate program result?
If you want to have a government job lined up in 2027, you need to be actively applying now. That means not relying on one specific program and not limiting your opportunities. Government recruitment can take a long time, and while you are waiting for the result of one application, many more opportunities can pass you by.
Ready to turn your graduate plan into applications?
Use the next 3 months to apply with more structure across graduate programs and realistic government entry pathways.
