These terms apply to Team 3Thirty’s standalone Complete Government Job Application. Team 3Thirty is an independent application-writing service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for NSW Government, APS or any government agency.
One live Australian government role. One complete written application. A$497 including GST.
The fixed price covers every written application document required by the accepted job ad. There are no additional page fees, separate CV charges, rush fees or priority fees.
The service covers the written documents required by one accepted Australian government job ad. Depending on the role, that may include a new or rewritten government CV, cover letter, applicant pitch, statement of claims, selection criteria, targeted questions and other required written responses.
You receive fully editable Word documents. They are yours to review, update and reuse. Team 3Thirty analyses the role and prepares the documents using your real experience and evidence. We do not invent achievements, responsibilities, qualifications or results.
Purchase is completed securely through Stripe. After payment, you provide the job ad, closing date, your latest CV or previous application material and any rough notes you already have. Team 3Thirty reviews the role requirements and sends the focused questions needed to prepare the application.
One purchase covers one live role. A different role requires a separate purchase unless Team 3Thirty agrees otherwise in writing.

Three business days or more gives both you and Team 3Thirty more preparation and review time. It is guidance, not an eligibility rule. If the role is still open, you may purchase immediately even when it closes in less than three business days.
There is never a rush, urgent or priority fee. Team 3Thirty reviews the advertised deadline promptly after purchase. If we confirm that we cannot complete the application before that deadline, the full A$497 payment will be refunded automatically to the original payment method. You do not need to request the refund. The same automatic refund applies if Team 3Thirty accepts the deadline and then misses the agreed delivery deadline.
The deadline commitment depends on you providing accurate and complete information promptly when requested. Rough notes are fine and are usually more useful than polished information sent too late.
Materially late, missing or inaccurate client information can make the original deadline unworkable. This is not treated as a Team 3Thirty capacity or delivery failure. If that happens, Team 3Thirty will explain the effect on the timeline and the practical options available before continuing.
Delivery occurs when Team 3Thirty sends or shares the complete first draft of the agreed written application documents through the confirmed email or document channel. You are responsible for reviewing every document for accuracy and truthfulness, making any final edits and submitting the application through the employer’s system before closing.
Unlimited revisions. We keep working with you until you are confident in what you're submitting. If you're new to Team 3Thirty, tell us how we went on your first application. If we didn't wow you, we'll offer a full refund.
Team 3Thirty may pause or cancel work where the information supplied is false, materially incomplete or cannot support an honest application. Guarantees do not cover a missed deadline caused by materially late, missing or inaccurate client information. They also do not extend to employer portals, changes made by the employer, the client’s final submission or recruitment decisions outside Team 3Thirty’s control.
Team 3Thirty does not guarantee an interview, shortlist, merit-list outcome, job offer or appointment. The employer, hiring manager or panel controls the recruitment decision. Client-reported examples and reviews describe individual experiences; outcomes vary.
