1) Strategy Advisor – Revenue NSW
Revenue NSW’s strategy team is leading the delivery of Aspire 2032—a long-term vision to become the world’s most innovative and customer-centric revenue agency. As a Strategy Advisor you’ll support strategy development and annual planning, undertake research and analysis to inform decision-making, and track progress against strategic projects. The full-time temporary role (Clerk Grade 7/8) runs to 30 December 2026 and offers hybrid/flexible working across Parramatta, Lithgow, Gosford, Maitland or Wollongong. Total remuneration is $113,574–$125,720 plus superannuation.

2) Assistant Analyst, Policy – The Cabinet Office
Working in the Health, Education and Intergovernmental branch, this full-time ongoing role (Clerk Grade 5/6) helps shape evidence-based Cabinet advice and drive meaningful First Nations policy reform. You’ll assess Cabinet proposals, prepare high-quality briefs and correspondence, coordinate information across agencies and assist with project work. Based in Sydney, the position offers a salary package of $99,938–$110,271 plus super and leave loading, with flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on Aboriginal outcomes.

3) Senior Policy Officer, Strategy, Policy and Engagement – NSW Ministry of Health
The Centre for Alcohol and Other Drugs seeks a high-performing Senior Policy Officer to provide strategic advice on public health and deliver policy initiatives until December 2026. This temporary role (Crown Clerk 9/10) is based in St Leonards with a salary of $129,464–$142,665 plus super and leave loading. You’ll conduct policy analysis, write briefs and submissions, collaborate with stakeholders across NSW Health and navigate complex government systems to drive approvals and outcomes.

The Patient Safety First Unit is recruiting a Senior Policy Officer to manage serious adverse event briefings and provide clear advice on patient safety risks across NSW Health. This temporary role (Crown Clerk 9/10) runs from February 2026 to June 2027 with a salary of $129,464–$142,665 plus super and leave loading. You’ll liaise with the Clinical Excellence Commission and Health Care Complaints Commission, prepare reports for senior executives, analyse recommendations and lead continuous improvement in complaints and incident management.

5) Director Government Relations, Capability & Strategic Insights – Transport for NSW
Transport for NSW is seeking a forward-thinking leader to head up government relations and capability uplift across the agency. As a Transport Senior Service Executive 1B (TSSE) permanent role, it offers a generous executive-level remuneration package and hybrid-friendly work with in-person and remote days. You’ll deliver a unified view of government issues, coordinate responses to ministerial priorities, streamline technology systems supporting parliamentary work, lead enterprise-wide planning and engagement with parliamentary committees and set the vision for a high-performing team.

Classified as a Clerk Grade 9/10, the salary is $129,464–$142,665 per annum pro-rata plus superannuation. The position is based at The Rocks, Sydney.

7) Senior Advisor, Issues & Complaints Resolution – SafeWork NSW
SafeWork NSW, the state’s workplace health and safety regulator, seeks a permanent Senior Advisor to lead best-practice complaints management. This Clerk Grade 9/10 role is based in Parramatta or Gosford and pays $129,464–$142,665 plus super. You’ll oversee escalated complaints in line with SafeWork NSW standards, coach staff on complaint handling, provide specialist advice to executives and integrity agencies, monitor trends and foster collaboration with government partners to strengthen trust and transparency.
