The Estate Planning and Administration division is recruiting a Client Service Officer to help administer between 40–70 deceased estates. Based at Parramatta (Clerk Grade 3/4, $84,659–$92,701 pa plus super), the role is a full‑time temporary vacancy until June 2026 with hybrid working after three months.
You’ll interpret Wills and legal documents, submit court applications, correspond with banks and insurers, pay claims and prepare distributions, and build relationships with beneficiaries. Strong financial acumen, empathy and problem‑solving are essential, and you must be comfortable working with taxation, legal and professional teams to achieve quality outcomes.

Hunter Local Land Services (LLS) needs a friendly customer‑service professional to support landholders and community members in Scone. This ongoing part‑time role (22.8 hrs/week) is graded Administration & Clerical 2 with a salary from $66,943 pa plus super and leave loading.
You’ll be the first point of contact for landholders, farmers and stakeholders, juggling enquiries across agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management and other LLS programs. Tasks include delivering quality customer service, supporting service delivery activities, contributing to regional plans and projects and participating in emergency responses.

Welcome Team Leader – Sydney Opera House
The Sydney Opera House is seeking a Welcome Team Leader to motivate, inspire and coordinate the Welcome Team. This part‑time ongoing role (32 hrs/week) pays a base wage of $39.09/hr plus a 17.5% scale penalty and 12% super contributions.
You’ll act as a dynamic brand ambassador, leading day‑to‑day operations and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service to visitors. Responsibilities include upselling the Opera House and its programs, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and assisting with performance management.

As part of the Building Compliance Support Team, you’ll manage the OC Audit shared inbox, answer enquiries about building compliance and levy matters, create and allocate CAS files, maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems and provide administrative support to the audit team.
