We currently have a Temporary Full Time teaching opportunity available at our TAFE NSW Blacktown Campus. The role is Temporary until 23rd November 2026 with the possibility of an extension. You will be required to travel to the Kingswood campus for this role. You enjoy sharing your passion for English and/or Humanities and thrive on supporting and mentoring a diverse group of students with various linguistic and cultural backgrounds. You can also adapt your facilitation style to meet your students’ needs and deliver in a clear concise manner. You have demonstrated ability to collaborate within a dynamic teaching team and are committed to building the skills of your students. You will help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. In addition, you will facilitate learning by delivering world-class educational programs, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes. In your next role, you will: * Teach students face-to-face in classrooms * Issue, mark and provide comprehensive feedback on assessments * Undertake student administration, including marking registers and recording results * Maintain relationships with local industry professionals and employers About You To be successful in the role, you will: * Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a Qualification at AQF7 (or above) with units of study in the relevant subject area for Humanities and/or English * Have a minimum of three (3) years post-qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously. * Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET). You will be required to travel to the Kingswood campus for this role. You enjoy sharing your passion for English and/or Humanities and thrive on supporting and mentoring a diverse group of students with various linguistic and cultural backgrounds. You have demonstrated ability to collaborate within a dynamic teaching team and are committed to building the skills of your students. You will help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process.
