Compare The Work And The Application Task
For the physiotherapy role, foreground supervised clinical practice, patient care and the published selection criteria. For valuation, show your relevant study, analytical judgement, property interest and capacity to learn in a government setting.

Record the details once, including the context, timeframe, people involved and result. Then adapt the emphasis to the clinical or valuation role without stretching one example beyond what you actually did.

New Graduate Physiotherapist, SWSLHD
This 16-position intake covers Bankstown, Camden and Campbelltown, Fairfield and Liverpool hospital groups, with some secondments. Applicants can preference their top two sites and will attend face-to-face interviews on 21 or 22 October. The written application needs academic results, a CV and specific responses covering clinical skills, communication, teamwork and learning from feedback.

What to highlight

Graduate Valuer
Value NSW is recruiting eight graduates for a structured 24-month program with up to six rotations. The work can cover rating and taxing valuations, objections, compulsory acquisitions and specialist valuations, with support towards becoming a qualified valuer. Applicants need eligible Australian Property Institute membership status, an appropriate qualification and a current driver licence.
