Explain how you prepared information, reports or advice for people with different levels of technical or financial knowledge. Show how your communication helped someone make a decision or complete a task.
Training and capability
The advert refers to training and upskilling across the team. Include an example of how you shared knowledge, improved a process or helped colleagues work more confidently with a system.
Example cover letter structure
