We collect the details needed to provide our services and, as explained below, measure advertising. Your data is stored securely in Google Workspace with multi-factor authentication (MFA). We may share application materials with trusted contractors or employees (including overseas) solely to deliver your service. We never sell your data. You can access, update, or request deletion at any time via members@team3thirty.com.

We may share your information with independent contractors and employees who assist in delivering services. These contractors or employees may be located outside Australia. All are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your information to provide the services you’ve engaged us for.
We never sell your information.

6. Retention of Information How long we keep it
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which advertisements lead to purchases. Where an ad-click identifier is available, we may link it to a payment confirmed by Stripe and send Google the click identifier, transaction reference, payment time, amount and currency. This purchase measurement does not send your email address or a hash of it, name, phone number, CV, application content or other customer-matching data.
We use this limited information to evaluate our advertising. We retain first-party campaign attribution for up to 400 days after your latest visit. Google handles information under its privacy policy and may process it outside Australia, including in the United States. Where consent is required, applicable site-level privacy choices must be respected. We do not treat a purchase, an Australian location or the absence of a choice as recorded consent.
Existing advertising-measurement refusals remain effective for the associated browser reference. Contact members@team3thirty.com about your privacy choices or an existing payment. Blocking or clearing browser cookies may limit attribution but does not itself retract information already sent. Google Analytics purchase reporting operates separately from Google Ads attribution.
7. Updates to This Policy When things change
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes.
