What to highlight
Use one strong redesign case
Choose a health, service or complex organisational initiative where you applied a recognised change or quality-improvement method. Explain the problem, impact assessment, strategy, interventions, resistance and sustained outcome.
Connect change with project control
Show how you developed and monitored plans, coordinated resources, managed issues and risks, reported progress and controlled a budget. Make clear how those controls supported adoption and benefits rather than becoming an administrative list.
Show influence across a complex network
Use evidence involving clinical, operational, corporate or executive stakeholders with different priorities. Explain how you consulted, negotiated and moved people towards a workable shared direction.
Application structure
Address each listed requirement clearly. A practical approach is:
- Start each response with a direct statement of your relevant experience.
- Use a specific example with the setting, your responsibility, your decisions and actions, and the result.
- Give the most detail to structured change, process improvement, project delivery and stakeholder influence.
- Address qualifications or equivalent experience directly and separately from behavioural examples.
- Check the online form for response limits before finalising.
What the panel will want to see in your examples
- A recognised change or redesign method applied with judgement
- Change impacts and stakeholder needs assessed early
- Project risks, resources, reporting and budgets actively managed
- Resistance or competing priorities handled constructively
- Adoption, benefits or service improvement sustained after implementation
Before you submit
The role requires relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, a current unrestricted NSW driver licence, the ability to travel, a Working with Children Check and NSW Health vaccination and screening compliance. Work-right conditions also apply.
This vacancy closes at midnight on 15 September. Confirm the response limits immediately, keep the resume within five pages and make every written response easy to match to the stated requirement. Return to the official job ad when you are ready to apply.
