Don’t pay per selection criterion. One fixed $497 price covers every written document required for one government role, including all selection criteria and targeted questions.
We work exclusively on government resumes and applications. No other sectors. Your government CV, selection criteria, targeted questions and any other written documents requested for the role are included, with revisions.

Sam from Team 3Thirty walks through how we review the job ad, identify the evidence a panel needs and shape the application around your experience.
You pay for one role-specific application. We check the advertisement and role description, then prepare the documents they ask for. There is no separate per-criterion or per-page charge.
An advertisement may ask for two targeted questions and a CV, while another asks for a cover letter addressing particular criteria. Your application follows those instructions, including any word or page limits the employer sets.
Send the job advertisement and role description. We identify the documents required, the questions you need to answer and the evidence each response needs. This gives us a clear basis for deciding which parts of your experience to explore.
Rough notes and dot points are fine. We ask practical questions about the situation, your responsibilities, what you checked or decided, and what happened afterwards. You do not need a polished draft before asking for help.
We turn that information into a coherent application, with your personal contribution clear. You review the documents for accuracy and tell us where something needs correcting or more explanation. Revisions are included, and you submit the final application to the employer.
These are individual outcomes from clients whose written applications we prepared. Each card explains the work and what the client later reported.
Client result · communications application
A client with digital content experience gave us examples from their work. We developed those examples into a cover letter for a government digital role. They later confirmed that the application had reached interview.
“I was successful in moving to interview stage for the application you prepared for me – really pleased.”
Anonymised client email. Individual outcomes vary; an application does not guarantee an interview.
Client result · administration application
A client with private-sector coordination and administration experience applied for a NSW Government administration role. We prepared the written application. After submitting it, the client received an invitation to an in-person interview and forwarded the confirmation to us.
Anonymised client outcome, verified against the application and interview invitation. Individual outcomes vary; an application does not guarantee an interview.
“I managed competing priorities” gives a reader very little evidence. A response becomes more useful when it explains what was competing, how you decided what mattered and what you did about work you could not complete alone.
Fictional illustration of the detail we help you bring out:
I checked which requests affected that day’s appointments and confirmed the remaining deadlines with the managers. I agreed the revised order with my supervisor, recorded it in our shared tracker and flagged the item that depended on another team’s input.
That paragraph shows checks, judgement, communication and a limit on the person’s authority. Your response would also need the relevant context and an outcome you can support. We develop the wording from your experience; we do not invent achievements or use fictional examples as your evidence.
For fuller teaching examples, use our selection criteria response library. It covers administration and project work, with an education example and notes on the evidence each response provides. If your vacancy is with the Department of Education, check the Education application guide for the relevant format before planning your responses.
You can see complete teaching examples in our NSW Government targeted questions and worked answers and written STAR examples for government applications.
This service suits someone who has found a government vacancy and wants the written application prepared around that opportunity. It can help when you have relevant experience but find it difficult to choose an example, explain your decisions or answer several parts of a question within the limit.
Team 3Thirty works exclusively on government resumes and applications, especially NSW Government roles. Send the actual advertisement so we can work from its requirements. Experience from the private sector, volunteering or study can be useful where it demonstrates what the role asks for; we will need enough truthful detail to explain the connection.
If you want to write the responses yourself, our guide to writing selection criteria explains the process and includes examples you can learn from.
The offer on this page is the $497 Complete Government Application for one role. It includes the CV and the written documents that role requires. This page does not offer a separate per-answer product.
Start with the job link, role description and closing date. Have your current CV and any existing notes available. We will use the role requirements to guide the information we ask you for next.
Tell us the closing date when you start. Timing depends on the role and how quickly we receive the information needed to write accurately. The application service page explains the delivery terms; check them before proceeding, especially when the deadline is close.
Bring us the role you want to apply for. We will help turn your experience into the CV and written responses it requires, with a clear opportunity for you to review the result.
Complete Government Application: $497 including GST for one role.
