Right now, the application process is too complex and takes far too long. Strong candidates often miss out because they never apply. When they do apply, many fail to even secure an interview because job ads are unclear and don’t explain what assessors are actually looking for.

Without prior experience working in government, this system is even harder to navigate.

We change that by making government applications clearer, simpler, and more human.

We do this through free support such as training and real examples, as well as hands-on help that removes the effort and guesswork from applying altogether.
